It was ordered at a liquor wholesaler's exhibition.
There was a slight edge on the first day of opening the bottle, but it became moderate on the second day. The aroma is slightly sweet and apple-like, with a slightly bitter aftertaste to give it a kick. It has a bit of an "al" feeling to it. But on the third day, it seems to be more delicious as it becomes accustomed to the taste. This is another sake that can be drunk smoothly.

The aroma is relatively mild.

The taste is rich sweetness that fits the image of kijoshu.
It is sweet but easy to drink with a bit of apricot and plum acidity.

There have been a lot of kijoshu recently, but this is a highly recommended one if you want a dessert sake that is truly a kijoshu!
Drinking at home with Kiritanpo hot pot of Hinai Jidori chicken. Of course, I used Akita's Fukkomachi to match the dish. It has a sour and slightly bitter flavor.
