Ideya Chiba main store. The colors of the labels are good. The dark green is Hyakumangoku no Shiro and the dark blue is Ishikawamon. Hmmm... I still don't know the difference between the rice. This is delicious❣️. This wine has a similar taste to Shinsei's Colors, but this is a Muscat-type white wine with no peculiarities at all. It's a great way to start the day. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it. It's completely different from the Yamahai I've been drinking. I didn't realize until the end that it was low alcohol❗️. I'll be keeping an eye on this series.

Yoshida-kura u-Ishikawamon Raw Sake Modern Yamahai I opened the bottle carefully because it said it was slightly foamy. The aroma is fruity, like a white wine. The balance of sweet, umami, and sour is good, and the low alcohol content makes it go down easily. Although it is a Yamahai sake, there is no sense of bulkiness or habit, and it is easy to drink. I think it is a delicious sake on its own or as a saké.

YOSHIDA KURAU ISHIKADO Namazake Hyakumangoku is so good that I had to compare them. It's hard to tell the difference with my poor taste buds, but Ishikawamon seems to have a blurred outline. The acidity is also a little less. Perhaps that's why it leaves a soft sweetness at the end of drinking. The melon aroma is the same. It's also delicious. I love it 110 points❤️.

Today, on our wedding anniversary, we had sake while watching the sake episode of Tetsuji Channel. Yoshida-kura is a delicious sake with a fruity aroma and a refreshing taste. It has a good rice aroma, but it doesn't leave a lingering feeling, and it flows easily. Yes, it's delicious!
