Slightly sparkling and refreshing sake. Today I paired it with simmered chicken and turnips. It has a sweet rice aroma at the entrance and is easy to drink, so it is good as an aperitif.
It's been a while since I met a retired senior, and I'm glad to see that he's doing well in his second life. I was glad to hear that he is enjoying his second life in good health.
This was my first time at Yoshida Kura.
The sourness and light gassiness spreading from the mouth is what I thought a craft sake would be like, but all of them participating in CSW have all different tastes!
I'm too poor in vocab to describe it, but it's really good too.
