This was my first time at Yoshida Kura.
The sourness and light gassiness spreading from the mouth is what I thought a craft sake would be like, but all of them participating in CSW have all different tastes!
I'm too poor in vocab to describe it, but it's really good too.
Every brewery is awesome!
Beautiful sake. Watery mouthfeel from the ginjo aroma. It does not disturb the food. From there, the sweetness and acidity of the rice spreads steadily and goes away. A delicious sake that shows its true value when paired with food.
