Slightly apple-like finish
The same clean aroma as the first rise, the moderate sweetness and umami of rice spread with crisp acidity, and the slight bitterness and spiciness of the alcohol make it finish crisp and clean.
Although the alcohol taste in the latter half of the bottle is a little bit bothersome, it goes well with Japanese food in general.
The second Sushi Matsuura I visited a while ago 🍶.
The second one was also hiyaoroshi. It was my first time to try this brand. It is from a brewery in Hiroshima. Sake rice is Hachitan Nishiki from Hiroshima. It is also excellent as a food sake 😃.
