Hiroshima Prefecture Nakao Jozo Gen Junmai Ginjo
Simple and deep flavor brewed with Hiroshima's sake rice Hachitan-Nishiki
Served with my favorite "Aji no Mentaiko" from Fukuya 😊.
It was one of the recommended bottles at a local liquor store, so I bought it for the first time.
It has a good balance of sourness and sweetness in the mouth. It is not too sweet and does not leave a bitter aftertaste, so it goes well with a meal or a light entrée. It is a delicious sake that I would like to drink on a daily basis. It is a good sake to drink with oysters, but unfortunately it was not possible due to our budget. Looking at the map of Japan, it was the first flag in Hiroshima. It makes me want to conquer Japan!
Hi Maddy 😃
I remember the first time I drank phantom on my exploration of Hiroshima 😌 Japan conquest 🗾South is a tough task 😅 please go for it slowly 👋.
I was attracted by the squidgy label that looked dry, so I bought it.
Contrary to my expectations, it was sweet.
It was sweeter than I expected, and I could feel that it was Japanese sake afterwards.
I had it with bonito and sweet shrimp sashimi.
It took away the fishy smell of the fish.
I felt the synergy of the two tastes was delicious.
Thank you very much.

It has a fresh apple aroma. When you drink it, the umami is less and the strength of alcohol, spiciness, etc. come to the fore, making you want to say, oh wow.
When I was choosing the sake, the character on the lid looked like the word "kuro" instead of "phantom", which reminded me of the phantom kurobako😅.

Purchased at 7-Eleven.

A little mellow sweetness typical of Hiroshima.
It has a sweetness like peach or melon.
There is also a ginjo aroma, and the overall aroma is mellow. ☺️
