Bright, medium-light, and full of flavour. Cantaloupe, pear, honeysuckle, almond.
Big flavourful melon, with a nice light and floral fruitiness. Feels slightly sweet at first, but it’s overall on the dry side, especially once paired with food. The finish is meaty and slightly savoury, but overall refreshing.
Went well with a 散らし丼 and 納豆巻.
The sensation of drinking for the first time.
The smell and first impression is that the alcohol is sharp and sharp.
After two seconds, the sweetness of the rice spreads out in a thick and powerful way. The aftertaste is smooth and leaves no aftertaste.
Junmai Ginjo 🍶.
Here is the third glass of the ikiizumi set 😆 Dry, crisp ✨Refreshing. Dry and crisp ✨Refreshing. Accepts oyster tempura easily. The coleslaw salad at Soba Restaurant is quite delicious 😋The owner who loves Kentucky coleslaw recreated the taste by himself 😅The condensed milk, honey and white pepper are the key ingredients.

It is a daiginjo-shu brewed with yeast extracted from apple peels, and this series was once an Imperial New Year's sake.
There are three types of Daiginjo-shu, from the most expensive to the least expensive: black box, red box, and white box (the black and red boxes are too expensive for me to afford).
The cool and refreshing aroma of the white box was very refreshing and easy to drink, with the umami of the rice intertwined with the gentle acidity produced by the apple yeast!
The black and red boxes must be even better.
I found this fantastic 😄 at a sake store in Tsu Station, Mie Prefecture, where I was on a business trip.
I heard that they have been in business with the company for a long time, so they were handling it.
I've wanted to drink it for a long time 🍶.
Light on the palate, but with a sudden volume 😳.
It's a bit of a surprise 😄.
It's a little dry, so it's best with snacks that don't have a strong flavor 😄.
