I have been interested in this sake for a long time.
It seems that the online store has stopped handling it, so you can only buy it at the direct sales shop now.
It doesn't say, but I guess it's probably a draft sake. It's fresh, sweet, and delicious. It is an easy-drinking low-alcohol sake with a light sweet taste.
It tastes like a slightly uncarbonated Ramune, but in a good way.
Hakusetsu is inconspicuous, but I think it should be appreciated more.

Usually a delicious luxury sake.
Out of the 6 types, this was by far the best, but I was surprised when I checked the price later 😳.

Slightly floral. Sweeter than the Victory Horse. It is a raw sake, so I felt it was thicker.

I had been passing it by because it was easy to obtain 😅.
I think it lacks a little bit of umami, but it's delicious with just the right amount of gorgeousness and sweetness.

It is spicier than Akafuji, which is interesting because it is easy to tell the difference. The aroma alone seems to be sweet.

I was going to end up in Niigata, but if I see it being served, I won't hesitate to drink it👍.
One bottle of Itami's Hakusetsu is brewed according to a recipe written in the Edo period.
From the looks of it, it is dark yellow and has a matured feel🟡.
In the mouth, there is a nutty aroma, quite a bit of sweet minerality, and sour bitter taste.
It's quite a complex taste, more like a weirdo sake, I think 💧.
