July can be a hot month.
Down in Corona...
I bought a bottle of sake in Itami in June.
I finally got there.
I had put it in the fridge, so it was cool to the touch.
It was cool on the palate
but the taste is moderately strong and full in the mouth.
Sake
I've recovered enough to drink.
Thank goodness...
I have the impression that Hakusetsu is somewhat burly, but this longevity brewery was different, both refreshing and gorgeous, and exceptionally delicious.
Taste 80
Color Clear and colorless
Aroma: A gorgeous aroma typical of daiginjos. It has a slightly sticky taste, which is fine at the beginning of drinking, but a bit harsh in the latter half of the bottle.
Taste: Sweet on the palate and easy to drink, but it tastes a little bitter as you drink it. Like the aroma, the taste is sticky and the sweetness lingers.
Overall impression It is not bad, but if you keep drinking only sake, you will get tired of it, so it is not likely to be drunk at home.
The days have been hot even before the rainy season ends, but I bought this wine because of its cool label.
It is served well chilled.
The elegant and soft sweetness spreads on the palate with a gentle aroma of unrefined sake.
The low alcohol content of around 13% makes it refreshing and easy to drink.
It was the perfect sake for the current season.
Thank you for the sake.
Purchased at a sake brewery ①.
Smooth and rich mouthfeel, as if doburoku (a type of sake made from fermented soybeans) has been strained through a strainer.
It has a strong umami flavor, but with a gentle sweetness and a surprisingly refreshing aftertaste.
Dangerous sake that you can drink as much as you want!
Delicious!
The taste is very good.
Contrary to the image of the name, it has a slightly peculiar taste reminiscent of old sake. It is good to pair it with spicy miso paste and green onions to enjoy the mutual assertion of the two.
