I have to go to Yokohama early tomorrow morning, but I came to a place where I drink too much😅.
And I drank too much😅.
It's crisp but with a mouth-watering umami and sweetness. It's not deep, but it has a pale and fleeting aftertaste that is typical of spring.
It's a dry sake, but I think it's easy to drink because you can feel the sweetness too. ぎゃばん☆☆☆☆☆
I haven't often felt a sense of super dryness in sake that claims to be super dry, and this is no exception.
It has a clear, clear, transparent feel to it, so there is no crisp impression.
Apart from the sake-like aroma typical of honjozo, this is a clear, easy-drinking sake. Delicious.

A crisp, dry sake with a slightly old-fashioned flavor. The aftertaste is more sweet than sharp, leaving the impression of a lingering sweetness.
It's just plain delicious. ぎゃばん☆☆☆☆☆
Strong acidity. Since it was the last glass, it had lost its fizziness and freshness, but it still had the taste of freshness in the back.
I drank it all up rather quickly, so I think it is well-balanced. ぎゃばん☆☆☆☆☆
Feels a bit dry with a tangy acidity. Just a little bit of bitterness or miscellaneous taste, but it's nice and refreshing.

This is my first visit to Shiki.
It seems to be a popular place for sake lovers, but I had avoided it because it was far away. But it is closer than I thought. Or rather, I used to go to a store farther away.
Ordering food is a Fuurin-kazan style of ordering. You choose your sake by looking at the fridge.
I started with Tobiroki. Well, it's a good sake that you can't miss. AkemioneRumiko's Sake
It is a sake with the aroma of raw sake lees!
I like the naming!
