March was a busy month. I went back to my parents' house for the first time in a while and drank with my father.
Fruity, refreshing and easy to drink, it goes well with maitake mushroom tempura and teriyaki yellowtail.
I am happy on my own, but sake with family is also nice. I drank as the sake was poured.
This is the one I drank this time!
I enjoyed the Morishima I drank before, and the liquor store I frequent had a local brand, so I got it out of curiosity.
The aroma was clean and crisp, reminiscent of melon and green apple, and I took a sip... To be honest, I wasn't expecting much, but it was really good! The balance is very good❗️I was surprised by this for the first time in a long time lol Furthermore, it was perfect for the sushi we took out that day (≧∇≦), or rather, it was perfect for the sake during the meal (`ω・´) My wife loved it too♪

It has a sweet, juicy, ripe melon taste with a tingling sensation at the back of the tongue, and then gradually releases with a refreshing sourness and bitterness. It is very tasty. It was gone in an instant and I could only taste it on the first day (sweat).
Fresh acidity and fruity. Not much sweetness, but a refreshing dry aftertaste. It is a very delicious sake with a cool feeling. It will go well with a variety of dishes.
