Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix㉗ Since there was only a short time left, we decided to choose one sake from each brewery separately to share! Polishing ratio 70%, Sake degree -1, Alcohol 18%. It has a gaseous taste and is sweet and delicious. I liked it better than the Shiraoi I've had in the past. I might buy it again if I have a chance.

The label is a bit dowdy for a Shiraoi.... A sense of schwarziness. Milky flavor but not too sweet. Aromas of white flowers and green bananas waft through the nose. It is surprisingly modern and casual. Taste level 3.5/5
