フジフジBrewed by Sawada Shuzo in Tokoname, Aichi Shiraoi Junmai Ginjyo - Low Agricultural Chemicals Cultivation, Wakamizu - Unpasteurized sake brewed directly from the tank When you drink it At first, it is citrusy with a hint of gas 🍊. And from the middle Just the right amount of acidity and rice flavor. It finishes with a lingering aftertaste. This is quite a nice sake 😆. This is my first time to drink Sawada Sake Brewery. This is definitely a sake that makes me want to try their other sake as well 🔰. It makes me want to try their other sakes for sure! It's a very high perfection sake ✨.

重松 壮一郎Purchased after tasting sake at the kurabiraki. The first taste is sourness. The fruity taste that comes after that is green apple-like. When I drank it at room temperature, it didn't hit me so hard, but when I chilled it, it hit me hard and was very tasty.

玄HoppyI bought this Shiraoi at the Plum Festival. I had never seen the label before, but it was a collaboration with a Chinese restaurant in Chita City, and it is apparently only available in stores and through tax payment. It tastes better lukewarm than cold. It also has a nice aroma.

TAKA2Shiraoi has a strong image as a dry sake, but this sake was full and pleasant to the palate with a sake strength of +2 and an acidity of 1.7. 1870 yen

南十字輝5/10 Shiraoi Spring Sake. It is said to be a flagship special junmai sake that has been aged for a year. It tastes quite classic. It is quite heavy, so it is likely to be heated up. Even at room temperature, it seems to go well with spring vegetable tempura. This is a sake to be enjoyed at home in a cup.

玄HoppyLast Sunday, I went to the "Horoinohi Nosume" held at the Ume no Yakata in Saburi. The plum blossoms were almost finished, but I went to compare sake from Chita sake breweries and bought a bottle of Shiraoi sake to take home. I bought some Shiraoi sake and had it lukewarm. Heating sake is also good.

叫ぶ蝶I really recommend the Kaku-uchi pairing set at Tsukiya-ya. The tastes of the entrées are delicious and too much fun, such as the dashiwari sake only available here and the comparison of heated sake flavors in large-medium-small flat sake cups. The heated Shirataka Umeshu (plum wine) with dashiwari was especially delicious, and tasted as if it contained plum flesh. I challenged myself to taste that impression at home. Since Shirataka was sold out, I tried Shiraoi's plum wine, which I had on hand. I managed to reproduce the fleshy taste of plums with 80% bonito kelp broth and 20% plum wine, and I would like to pair it with tempura tonight.

トコポーI purchased this at the brewery open house and opened it today. It is indeed fresh👍. Definitely fruity. Melon? Banana? I can also nod my head and say "melon or banana". Overdose warning: ⚠️ I had a celebratory ceremony this week, so I guess I'll drink!

玄HoppyLast weekend, I had a glass of freshly brewed sake that I bought at Sawada Sake Brewery's sake brewery open house. I served it with a konjak I received as a birthday present... It is very fruity. Melon? Banana? I drank it at the sake brewery opening, but I don't remember it being this fruity. I wonder if the konjak enhances the fruity flavor of the sake. Be careful not to drink too much. Why is the label on the sake? It's tilted😅

やす☆Slightly alcoholic aroma. It has the crispness and sharpness of an arosozome, and although it is not special, it is an everyday drink that does not interfere with a meal. Later, looking back at the photo, I realize it won the gold medal in the heated sake contest. It might have been better heated.

きなこPitchy gasiness and fresh muscat-like sweetness. The rummy taste follows. This is the first time I have drunk sake rice called Wakamizu!
