My wife's colleague went to the Sawada Sake Brewery and bought this for me 🙇.
I'm not sure, but this one? I heard that each person was limited to two bottles, so one bottle was given to my family 🙏.
It's a freshly squeezed raw sake from the tank, and it's only 19-20 degrees Celsius, so it's very heavy 💪, and then the umami comes in!
It was like that on the second day after opening the bottle!
