One of the sake I wanted to try.
I thought it was refreshing and tasty since I had been drinking quite a bit, but I don't really remember the details lol.
★★★★
Sake from Miyagi Prefecture
Miyakanbai Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nakadori Nama-shu
This is my favorite Miyakanbai. The aroma is so mellow that you would think it was Houou Mita. When you put it in your mouth, the umami and sweetness spread at once, and a little bit of acidity refreshes the aftertaste. Everything is elegant, so it is easy to drink. It is a delicious wine after all.
Degree of liking 10/10
We went on a brewery tour at Kanmei Sake Brewery.
We were guided through each step of the brewing process by the toji (master brewer) and tasted about 10 different kinds of sake 🍶.
The aroma was so gorgeous and the juicy taste was impressive🌸.
When we were shown the tank from above, I was excited to smell the gorgeous aroma!
I was so happy that the tasting was served in a regular cup 🤤I was too drunk to take any pictures...
It is a small brewery, but if you are wondering where to go for a sake brewery tour in Sendai, I recommend it!
I bought 3 kinds of sake and will post them again!
It was recommended to me at an izakaya in Sendai!
It was my first time to drink it, and it was a powerful sake full of rich and robust flavor, just like a daiginjo!
The sashimi was chewy and well-seasoned by the rough winter sea!
I was able to taste the sashimi, which was well seasoned by the rough winter sea!
I have been a complete fan since I drank it last year.
The Miyagi Prefecture limited edition was delicious, but I couldn't get it in the quintessential way, so I bought a bottle of Orikara near me.
It's not too sweet and it goes down easy, just the way I like it 😋.
Delicious 🤤.
