Transparency, gentle flavor, and a slight earthy aroma.
This earthy aroma is autumnal and fits the label title perfectly.
This is an interesting autumnal customized version of Miyakanbai.
From the sake brewing direction to the naming, I thought it was a sake with a great sense of style.

It's still delicious!
Personally, I like the balance of sweetness, umami, and aroma the best!
I was going to finish half of the four-pack, but I ended up emptying it!
I recommend it to modern lovers and otter lovers!

I have one more cup of Okinawan sake to go before I conquer the whole country, but I was so discouraged by the relocation of the brewery until next year that I neglected to register. I'll gradually upload my collection of shots.

The nose has a beautiful cappiness, pineapple peach and cider-like freshness.
In the mouth, there is a pleasant sweetness and acidity, pineapple aroma, and melon and other blue flavors in the back. The finish is smooth and clean.
I am not a fan of the so-called "Jyushidai" style, but this one is easy to drink and delicious, with a moderate sweetness and alkalinity. I tasted many brands at Miyakanbai warehouses, and all of them were delicious like this. It is a pity that there are not many distributors of this brand.
