I don't dislike it, but maybe it's the potential of the rice, or maybe it's the alcohol taste that lingers rather than the elegant sweetness typical of Miyakanbai. The sweetness is there, but it seems to win out. It's a shame because it has a nice mouthfeel. Maybe I expected too much.
