Miyakanbai Junmai Ginjyo Kanzake (warmed sake), warmed in winter bloom
Rated 4.5
Rice used: Miyagi rice, 55% polished rice, 15% alcohol by volume
A luxuriously warmed junmai ginjo with a blooming aroma and flavor. Aroma and flavor that blooms in a luxurious warmed sake. A beautifully mellow heated sake. Easy to drink, beautifully balanced flavor, recommended even for those who have never had much heated sake. Beautiful and gorgeous aroma. The fruity atmosphere is typical of Miyakanbai, and it wafts gently through the air. From the soft mouthfeel, it has a gentle and mellow texture that spreads with smoothness. The taste is balanced with a rich umami and beautiful sweetness, and rounded acidity rounds out the flavor. After a soft lingering aftertaste, it quickly fades away.
Designed at 47°C, the sweetness and umami spread and become slightly cocoa-like. The convergence is refreshing with an unexpectedly effective acidity. It has a dry aftertaste.
The first drink of the impressive but surprisingly new Summertime.
It was nigori, but the peculiar aroma was moderate and it was easy to drink and tasted good.
(I don't like nigori if it has a strong lees aroma.)
Activated nigori sake (unpasteurized sake) with a fizzy taste. Fruity citrus-like aroma and refreshing taste. The specs are sweet, with a fizzy and moderately bitter sharpness. Not too sweet, with a refreshing carbonation.

Cold sake.
Aroma of apple compote and floral aroma.
It has a light mouthfeel with a good umami flavor.
The gentle acidity brings the whole flavor together.

This is after my review of Sanmei Hachimyo. I won't compare them because it's not fair to talk about them with the same sense of level.
However, there will be some comparison, but this is good enough. It is in no way inferior to the signature products of other breweries' top lines.
As a taste comparison with other lines of Miyakanbai, it has a stronger sense of terroir and is driven by nostalgia. This is good. Silky, muscat aroma and flavor from the terroir.
It is a good sake.

Rating 4.5

This junmai ginjo is a new sake made from newly harvested rice with a rich aroma and flavor, and bottled as orikarumi nama-shu. This is a seasonal sake with a gorgeous aroma and a rich, mellow flavor that can be enjoyed to the fullest. The mellow flavor overflows.
Dense orikarami new sake. The sweetness and umami are mellowed out by the orikara flavor. The acidity is refreshing and well-balanced. The aroma is of ripe melon and muscat. It is a dessert sake.
In the mouth, the fruity sweetness spreads and the aroma penetrates the nose.
I don't know what kind of fruit to compare the complexity of the fruity taste to.
It is so fruity, but the acidity is just right, so it is not too sweet, and it is easy to drink.
As expected of Miyakanbai👍
A company year-end party and farewell party, all-you-can-drink sake course. There was no sake menu, so I consulted with the waiter and asked him to serve me some.
The first drink of the evening.
