Impression
Purchased at a local liquor store earlier this spring
Gorgeous aroma with sweetness.
Fresh sweetness fills the mouth immediately with a slight sourness.
The aftertaste is slightly spicy and refreshing.
Seems to go well as a food sake.
When I drank it with Nameko, the flavors enhanced each other and it was great!
The label is an image of long autumn nights, not unlike summer sake. The design is tasteful. It's nice.
The aroma is sweet, like ripe strawberries. The taste is also mild, which again overturns the image of summer sake. This is a bottle that should be savored slowly, not in large quantities.
This sake is said to be named after a song by the chorus group Circus (this sake was born out of a chance to hold a live concert at a sake brewery).
I am not from that generation, but I knew the name of the group and the name of the song.
Their signature was also printed on the label. I later realized it after an internet search... LOL!
There was one that I was curious about, so I just had one glass.
I thought it would be a hard-core sake from the name, but it turned out to be a modern, easy-drinking sake, which I love.
This is another sake I want to pursue.
Encountered at the only dealer in Nagano Prefecture.
The aroma is sour fruit aroma, pineapple type aroma.
It is a mellow sake with sweetness and rice flavor. This is delicious! Just my kind of sake.
I would like to thank the owner for choosing this sake.
This is a delicious sake 🍶 Great!
clear and tasty
Sweet aroma, sharp attack. The taste is clean and delicious, and the mouthfeel is light. It goes in smoothly and has a light aftertaste.
Serve with dashimaki (rolled fish balls) with tuna. It enhances the richness of the tuna 🤣.
I thought it was similar to Hakurakusei. I don't have the vocabulary to describe the taste, so I always end up with the same impression, but I thought it was a refreshing sake, not too sweet and not lingering aftertaste 🍶.
The Jungin Oriagarami with almost the same specs to match with the Hanahayotsu.
The taste is different from the pineapple flavor of the Hanaohayu!
It was a fresh and nice sake that I like a little bit different.
I've had a lot of spicy and sweet Miyakanbai sake, but this was a new experience for me!
Thanks to Mr. H's selection!
When I got off the Shinkansen at Morioka station, I saw a Shinkansen train on the opposite platform.
I couldn't help clicking the shutter of my phone!
A family of parents and children were taking a picture in front of the wrapped train!
