Rice sweet and tasty, tingling comes from the sweetness of the rice.
Very easy to drink. The number of bottles shipped seems to be quite small. It seems to be hard to find.
Degree of preference: ★★★★★
Citrusy, with hints of orange and lemon.
Unadulterated, unfiltered and unadjusted, so there is a cloudiness in the air.
The soft and gentle flavor spreads and quietly recedes.
Left Oshin is my favorite flavor, but it is hard to find because it is not widely distributed 💦.

Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 15%.
It is easy to drink, with a slight, gentle sweetness, a hint of origami-like acidity, and a refreshing sense of bitterness. It is not too dry, not too dry, and has a moderate orikara flavor, which is not bad.

I bought the label because of the cute moon and rabbit.
The tingling, fizzy sensation of the raw sake is pleasant.
Refreshing and refreshing.

This is the first attempt in Gunma to flat-polish rice.
Only the supernatant is drawn out, and the deep and smooth taste, mild aroma, and moderate sweetness make it ideal for a medium-bodied sake.
Flat milling is a method of milling rice according to the shape of the rice, which allows a large portion of the heart white to remain in the rice even at low milling ratios, thus reducing the amount of excess rice.

Marunuma Kogen Ski Resort in Katashina Village, Gunma Prefecture, is my personal favorite ski resort.
I have one complaint...they don't have sake in the store.... They have local beer, but not sake for some reason.
(Technically, they do have Gunma-chan one-cup sake.)
So, on the way home, I stopped by Otone Sake Brewery along Route 120 and purchased a bottle of locally brewed sake called "Left Oshin.
The building is old-fashioned and the atmosphere in the store is very nice. The staff kindly and politely explained to us their sake recommendations and how to enjoy drinking it. This is the kind of experience that makes sake taste even better.
I usually drink sake cold, but I'm going to try the lukewarm sake.
Today we caught mackerel, so we had tatsuta-age with a side of Gunma's locally brewed sake. I bought some when I visited Kusatsu Onsen the other day. My favorite youtuber introduced it, so I remembered it. It is one step stronger than fruity. It is concentrated like dried fruit. It's mild and easy to drink. I searched for "sake-no-wa" but it is not in the Hall of Fame. Is this the brewery's intention? But it is delicious. Thanks for the treat.
I may be repeating the most right now.
However, this is my second bottle this year.
Good balance of sweetness and sharpness.
The bitterness in the aftertaste is also pleasant.
It still feels young.
I first drank it in the summer, so I would like to drink this year's bottle again around that time.
I noticed the origami in the last glass.
The first 3 gou were mellow and fruity, with a slight alcohol taste that was also nice.
The last glass was a nigori sake with a nice acidity.
I'll have to revisit it next year and mix it properly for bottling!
