Shirasawa Town, Numata City.
Drank at room temperature, it is refreshing and easy to drink.
It has no peculiarities and is easy to pair with meals, but the sake-like flavor is well pronounced and delicious.
Tasteful and rustic labeled sake.
It has a clean aroma, soft on the palate, and a clear sweet aftertaste. It tastes relaxing when used as an aperitif.
Delicious with mysidaikon radish.
Home brewed, received as a gift.
Fairly dry nigori sake.
The alcohol content is also quite high at 19 💦.
No sweetness, so I regret trying to heat it up 😭
It was delicious with lemon and soda water 😋🍋.
home drinking, receiving
Gentle scent even in a stuffy nose.
Light bitterness from the pilchard. Some clinginess.
I would like to have it again with no congestion💦.
Label is simple and good👍.
Purchased this bottle along with the new "Akagisan" sake before. I was personally looking forward to this bottle as I had been curious about it since last year!
It took about 10 minutes to open the bottle, but eventually it got stuck, so I opened it while overflowing in the kitchen😇.
The aroma is green apple-like. Thanks to the carbonation, the aroma is spreading quickly.
The bitter taste on the palate comes from the very beginning and gives the impression of being quite dry. The overall taste is light, with a refreshing, carbon dioxide gas, dry taste that is typical of Gunma sake.
The "Senkou" ⛄ we had previously was also dry, but it has an even drier presence than that, and even though it is nigori sake, the sake cups will go well with meals!
And the thick unrefined taste and texture(?) of the sake is also habit-forming 👍. The texture of the thick unrefined sake is also addictive👍
The taste that is not too decorative is also a pleasure...!
Simple is Best✨!
Left Minister "Tsu" Blood Moon, or Autumn Agari. This is a raw sake that has been stored and aged in the bottle at ice temperature.
It has a subtle koji aroma. The soft and gentle sweetness and the shwashiness remind me of Calpis soda. I like this series.
I like it with the atama of oyakodon and pickled chinese cabbage.
