A very rare sake according to the brewery located at the foot of Oze. It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake that has been aged in ice temperature in the bottle until Tanabata. It has a round, light citrus aroma, a gentle sweetness with a hint of rice flavor, and a smooth acidity and crispness. I am glad I bought this one. I would like to taste it on Tanabata (August 22) of the lunar calendar, but I wonder if there will be any left until then... Rice: Wakamizu (Gohyakumangoku type) Yeast: Gunma KAZE No. 2
