We noticed oriki precipitating at the last sake batch, but this time the oriki was well mixed in.
This is a second fermentation sake aged in a bottle for about 8 months in ice temperature, unfiltered and unadjusted, with a hint of oriki.
Gunma Wakamizu, Gunma KAZE No. 2 1801
Slightly effervescent, pear-like flavor, with a nice swelling of umami.
The one we got was chilled.
It was unexpectedly mild and smooth.
I heard it's also good to drink hot.
Rice polishing ratio:65
Alcohol content :15 to 16 degrees Celsius
I like the slight sourness!
The schwarziness is pleasant to the taste!
A perfect food wine that can be drunk in large gulps.
I like the yellow winter version,
I also like the purple summer version.
I also got a bottle of Shizuku-shu, so I'm looking forward to that too.
A very rare sake according to the brewery located at the foot of Oze. It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake that has been aged in ice temperature in the bottle until Tanabata.
It has a round, light citrus aroma, a gentle sweetness with a hint of rice flavor, and a smooth acidity and crispness. I am glad I bought this one.
I would like to taste it on Tanabata (August 22) of the lunar calendar, but I wonder if there will be any left until then...

Follow the recommendation and warm it up 🍶 The aroma is heavy but the taste is gentle ☺️. Pleasant sake. Usually delicious. Daily. Slightly sweet with good balance. Rice flavor when you take your time with it. Potesara and 😋I looked it up on the internet and found that it comes from the late Heian period when the second son of the left minister during the reign of Emperor Nijo was forced to leave the capital and settled there 🤔.
It was a great place for a quick drink and a casual taste of Gunma's local sake ✨.

I received a souvenir from Gunma Prefecture. It is a sake rice called Maikaze.
The aroma is melon, apple, muscat...various aromas are gently hidden. The taste is full, clear, fresh, mellow, sweet and sour, with a tangy gasiness and umami characteristic of orikarami. +It was easy to drink and I liked the taste, which did not seem to be +2. Delicious with an atmosphere similar to Houou Mita wine cellar. I would definitely drink it again 😊.
