Breadfan
I bought it at a local sake store I found while traveling in Numata. It was said to be a rare sake that is only distributed in the local area. It is sweet with a lot of orikura. It is like amazake or apple. It has a strong umami flavor and is slightly carbonated, which gives it a gentle tangy feeling. This is delicious. I will definitely buy it again when I come to Numata!
