I received a souvenir from Gunma Prefecture. It is a sake rice called Maikaze.
The aroma is melon, apple, muscat...various aromas are gently hidden. The taste is full, clear, fresh, mellow, sweet and sour, with a tangy gasiness and umami characteristic of orikarami. ＋It was easy to drink and I liked the taste, which did not seem to be +2. Delicious with an atmosphere similar to Houou Mita wine cellar. I would definitely drink it again 😊.
