Today I had some Tanzawa-yama and Rinpou that had been sitting in the fridge. This is delicious. I really like the taste. I should have bought a bottle. I don't think we can find Yamahai from Kawanishi very often.
Last year, I saw this sake on the liquor store's Instagram and was smitten by the sight of two parent and child kurokos side by side. When I went to buy the sake and tried to drink it at home, I noticed that there was only one cat on the label.
I asked the liquor store about it by DM, and they told me that most of the labels are for a single kuroneko, but occasionally there are labels for a parent and child kuroneko.
So this year, I went to the back of the display to explore the things on display and to my ...... surprise, there was a tiger cat at the very back! I jumped up and down and bought it. To tell you the truth, I was surprised.
The aroma is a refreshing, rummy, hearty kind. Despite the catchy label, the taste is very refreshing and excellent as a food sake. This brewery has a tendency to do that.

I really want to try and buy it, but unfortunately driver😢.
Is it normal these days to heat up ginjo?
I have never seen this brand in Kansai, so my expectations are high.
So
It's really delicious.
I have to go back.
Tanzawayama's Unfiltered Nama Reiho. It tastes good cold. But this one was heated up? I thought so, and quickly dunked it in. It was delicious! This is good. The photo shows a heated puffer fish fin that we got from a friend.
The moderate acidity pulls away quickly.
It is indeed a clean, light, dry wine that is perfect with a clear blue sky!
It is not thin by any means, but is full of umami.
Junmai Ginjyo Dew Ryouji from Tanzawayama. The aroma is clean and refreshing. The taste is also refreshing. It is sweet and delicious, but the cool, refreshing sensation after swallowing leaves a lasting impression.
