Tanzawa Mountain cat and fireworks. Refreshing aroma like ramune. This, this, this. I'm glad that this brewery's sake is a very strong sake, contrary to the label. Uma~. This year, Bonkura finally learned the meaning of the label on the back. If you shine a light on it from the back, it looks like a cat watching fireworks. I was impressed.

Posting No. 299. It is a hard, dark sake. It has no acidity and no sweetness. It leaves an umami aftertaste. Pairing with Ate Bacon baked ◎ Homemade pork chashu pork Fat Sausage baked with sausage Personal Favorite ★★☆☆☆☆☆☆

Tanzawa Mountain's cat and goldfish. The cat on the label and the goldfish on the back of the label are both cute. The label of this brewery may be catchy, but the taste is robust. The aroma is quite mild. The taste is...well, robust and solid. Quite delicious. This is a good junmai sake. A very straightforward sake. Still, the lightness due to the low alcohol content makes it suitable for summer. It is the best.
