We got it at the sake department of Yoshike in Ueno Okachimachi👍.
Dry.
Cold sake to room temperature is literally dry,
When heated,,
40℃, it becomes fruity.
50℃, it becomes more crisp.
What is Chosan?
Chosan" is a character that imitates Grandpa Hanasaki, a famous Japanese wine maker, who used to run a TV commercial for Chosamori in Niigata Prefecture.

I tasted many things at the Ponshukan in Echigo-Yuzawa (I spent two weeks there) and thought it was delicious anyway, so I bought it.
Crystal silver color with a slight yellow tone.
Aromas of banana, melon, etc., yogurt, lime. The ginjo aroma is very strong.
Slight sweetness, there is a relatively firm acidity and a full-bodied bitterness, and the overall image is clean, but at 17% alcohol, it is relatively high.

Black Cho-san" Junmai Daiginjo Nama-no-Hara Sake
A limited time product selected by the toji from among Choujamori's new sake.
It has a clear taste unique to Junmai Daiginjo, and is a precious bottle that can only be drunk during this season.

We had it at a nearby sushi restaurant and it was mild and sweet on the palate despite its 17% alcohol content. As one would expect from a sake made from unpasteurized sake. I had an image of Choujamori as a clear, dry sake, but this is a different kind of sake. It is much tastier.
I compared it with Tsururei Junmai Ginjo, which was also available at the store, but the sweetness was different. I thought I could tell whether or not the sake had been hi-ire.
It was so delicious that I drank too much!

I thought the flavor ❗️ would be strong, but it's surprisingly sharp ^ ^.
At room temperature, the aroma is also sensible. Unique faint sourness.
It does not lose its goodness when heated up, even at relatively high temperatures.
The mellow and broad flavor is excellent as a mid-meal drink 🌟.
