Junmai Daiginjo with 50% polished Kame-no-o.
This is another sake that is smooth with a glossy taste, and comes with both wild vegetables and meat dishes.
I wondered how I would feel about the sake that followed, since the first glass was a Kuroryu Ishidaya, but both Sanbana's Mashiko and Chojamori's Black Chosan were good sake, and I was glad that my fears were not unfounded.
