Haginotsuru experimental brewing sake
The aroma gives the impression of strong acidity! 🥰.
As expected, it is quite sweet and sour, more like a sweet white wine than a sake! (I wonder if they are aiming for this because they use a yeast that produces malic acid easily at 13%...easy to drink! 👍)
) In a good way, this sake is not like Miyagi sake! Test brewed sake is still interesting 🍶🤣.
Gentle sweetness
It says malic acid, but for me, I thought it had a slight lactic acidity.
I wonder if we're on the same page with sweet and sour?
The tin is delicious with a sharper sweetness profile.

Haginotsuru Junmai Ginjo Betsujikomi.
Full-bodied with a slightly less sweet aroma than Mita, it has a clean, fruity sweetness on the palate and finishes with a mild sweet aftertaste.
Delicious as a summer cat with a gentle taste 😋.
Smells like apples 🍎🍎.
Sweet and delicious 😘.
Definitely tastes like white wine 🍷.
Light, fruity and refreshing 🎵
Aftertaste with a hint of sourness 😉.
Haginotsuru's very popular "Cat Label Series" is available in limited quantities!
This is the second summer sake, "Yuusagari Neko".
It is a very gorgeous and fruity sake that women seem to like.
Drinking it in a wine glass, you can enjoy the rich aroma that enters through the nose before you even put your mouth on it.
