Today we went to Ikiizumi SUI-SUI, an all-you-can-drink sake store in Nihonbashi, for a workshop party.
The first drink was a Shiga Triple Star, which has a big impact on the label. The label is colored in a way that it no longer looks like Dom.
It is a well-balanced, slightly light sake with a pineapple aroma.
This restaurant limits each table to two 250-ml bottles of Tokugaru. You have to finish it before you can go on to the next one, so the pace naturally quickens💦.
The miso (miso paste) that comes with the sashimi is also very tasty.

On the way back from camping, we went to Mitomiku Sake Brewery. I wondered if the place was really here, and was relieved when I saw the sign. The stylish exterior and inside of the store had a wonderful atmosphere. There are not many varieties of sake, but I was glad to be able to purchase a bottle of Sanrensei, the sake I was looking for. The sake is delicious, with the fruity flavor that is so popular now and the old-fashioned sake-like taste. The label is reminiscent of the Black Triple Star from Gundam First, but perhaps not related at all. The three stars are said to have three particular characteristics. Check the website. I'm sure I'll become a fan. If you like sake, you should stop by at least once. I am glad that they are trying their best to promote sake, and I want to support them. It is a sake that I would like you to try.
Store Drinking.
Stand Bar Marutsu" in Tennoji.
The color is clear.
The taste is sweet with rice flavor and green apple flavor. The sweetness is quite strong.
Slightly carbonated.
The aftertaste is umami and bitter.
The ginjo aroma has a strong sweet aroma.
I thought the sweetness might be strong, but in the end, the sake is well balanced.
Ginjo aroma is intense.
Sweet taste at first, but the aftertaste is bitter from alcohol and has a strong flavor.
It would be easier to drink if it had a little more acidity and gasiness.
