This is the new Kamo Kanehide sake I have been looking forward to. I feel like I've been drinking it a lot lately. The lady at the sake shop told me it was fruity and delicious, so I had high expectations. The specs are Hiroshima's Hachitan-Nishiki and the rice is 60% polished. The alcohol content is 16%.
A bit carbonated when opened. A mixture of appleiness, peach, citrus, etc. The taste is refreshing without being too sweet. Simply delicious.
It seems to go well with a variety of foods. Maybe cold dishes like sashimi or cheese would go well with it.
The end of the year is the raw sake version of Kamo Kanehide 13. It has a light effervescence, a young melon aroma, and a sweet and sour taste that is consistently fresh and juicy. This year it is a little lighter and more drinkable than usual.
Purchased at usual liquor store.
Local sake.
Stable and tasty.
The aroma is like old sake? It has a great vinegar aroma (was it like this?). The taste is not as sweet as I thought it would be.
Not as sweet as I thought it would be, and not as fruity as I thought it would be.
Maybe because I've already had another one, so I may update later.
I feel a slight fizzy sensation.
Rice Polishing Ratio: 50% for the brewer's rice, 60% for the brewer's rice
Alcohol level 13%.
Color Colorless
Taste ★★★☆☆☆☆

The second bottle at my parents' house,
Kamo Kanehide, which is highly appreciated by my family.
Rather than a fruity sweetness,
The sweetness of the rice spreads out,
It has the vigor, freshness, and gaseousness of nama-shu, and the aftertaste is sharp and clean,
It is really delicious with a beautifully sharp finish.
The balance is very good.
Again, it was well received by my family,
It went well with the tsumami.
Good evening Jay & Nobby, ❗️
When I saw a label that said "Kamo Kanehide Hatsushibori Nama", I had to buy it 🤣.
It was really delicious and I can recommend this bottle 👍.
I am a self-confessed conservative when it comes to sake these days, but I wanted to try a brand I don't drink regularly, so I went to the liquor store with the intention of buying a bottle of Kamokin from the start. I went to the liquor store to buy a bottle of Kamokin, and after hesitating between the Green Tokusyu and this one, which was the only one left, I decided to go with this one.
I was worried that 13 degrees might be too thin, but it is not at all ❗️ This is sweet and juicy 😋 Personally, I think it is a bit similar to Nichinichi, a sweet, tasty, juicy low alcohol that covers the parts I felt a bit too thin when I drank that one 😘 Moderate acidity and bitterness also appear from the middle of the bottle.
I'm going to try a different Camoquin again. ☺️
