It is a limited edition Junmai Daiginjo only available at the Yamada Sake Brewery. Originally intended for blending and not to be sold separately, this sake was never intended to see the light of day (Black), but because it was of such high quality (Beauty), it was specially bottled separately.
It is a one-time-only limited edition sake.
It has a tangy taste on the palate with a refreshing sweetness.
Refreshingly sweet with a clean aftertaste.
It is delicious.
