At home. My first Kamo Nishikishu. Almost no aroma. Slightly carbonated and alcoholic in the mouth. It has acidity and umami, but the bitterness is strong at the end. I'll try to warm it up a little and see if the taste changes after tomorrow.

So... sorry for drinking it on a weekday morning 🙇 lol When you open the bottle, you'll find a moderate apple and acidic aroma ✨After taking a sip, you'll feel a slight piquancy, a sweetness and umami that isn't too strong, and a slight bitterness that doesn't bother you, but on the contrary, it might be just right as an aftertaste 👍. It has a freshness that is typical of Kamogane + a taste that can be used as a food sake. ☺️ You can find such autumn-aged sake at ...... for less than 2,000 yen (less than 2,000 yen). It's up to you whether or not you want to take the challenge (pick it up)! 🤪. Report on the 2nd day while sleeping after a night shift 💤. The aroma is still the same and the flavor...increased 👍 It's still the second day, so the piquancy is gone, but it's still as tasty as ever 😋. Maybe a little more bitterness in the aftertaste 💦.
