Rather than a fruity sweetness,
The sweetness of the rice spreads out,
It has the vigor, freshness, and gaseousness of nama-shu, and the aftertaste is sharp and clean,
It is really delicious with a beautifully sharp finish.
The balance is very good.
Again, it was well received by my family,
It went well with the tsumami.
