Kiyotsuru says they sell Hiyayogoshi all year round (ω-ω-ω).
It is very good, but it seems to be sold only around Takatsuki area!
I was advised that it tastes better when it's warmed up, so I took my time and drank it.
I wonder if this kind of event should be chilled to keep the quality.
Mizunasu pickles also went very well with it!
And when Yumeshoka played from the DJ booth, the Osaka-ness of the event was in full bloom!
Drinking while thinking of Mr. Hiroshi Yen, the iconic figure of Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Arcade, added to the atmosphere!
I tried to buy some on my way home, but they were sold out!
I knew it must be very popular!

Shinjou-san, Kiyotsuru's hiyaoroshi is delicious 😋. I haven't had Kiyotsuru's sake recently 😅I haven't had it in a while. Arabashiri is also delicious. I also eat sakekasu (sake lees) every year after baking it 🤗.

Thank you very much.
I haven't experienced baked sakekasu yet.
I was going to buy some when I went to the brewery, but it was a new cologne, so I'll buy some when I go to Kiyotsuru and give it a try!
Hiyayogoshi was very popular there too!
