(Note: I let it sit for 2 days before drinking, and the unique aroma disappeared, and I started to taste sourness and fruity flavor. I prefer this one.

Their explanations were easy to understand, and they are expected to lead the sake world in the future!

I didn't know much about Kiyotsuru, so I chose this sake after listening to the explanation!
I don't usually drink arabashiri, but this one was definitely for me!
The umami is very firm, soft and ripe!
Both hiyaoroshi and arabashi are sold all year round!
And at a great price!
I am now even more interested in Kiyotsuru!

Kiyotsuru says they sell Hiyayogoshi all year round (ω-ω-ω).
It is very good, but it seems to be sold only around Takatsuki area!
I was advised that it tastes better when it's warmed up, so I took my time and drank it.
I wonder if this kind of event should be chilled to keep the quality.
Mizunasu pickles also went very well with it!

Shinjou-san, Kiyotsuru's hiyaoroshi is delicious 😋. I haven't had Kiyotsuru's sake recently 😅I haven't had it in a while. Arabashiri is also delicious. I also eat sakekasu (sake lees) every year after baking it 🤗.

Lactic acid aroma. It is soft. Light flavor and a hint of sweetness. In other words, it is dry. The aftertaste is also lactic.
It goes well with chocolate. Chocolate.
This brewery is located at the end of a narrow road in a residential area in Settsutonda.
They are planning to release a limited-quantity sake next week, in which the master brewer tried his hand at foaming. At this time of year when new sake is about to be released, it is difficult to visit breweries in distant areas.
I don't think it's a waste of time to visit only Tomita. Not at all. Not in the slightest.
