Although the description of the sake comparison says it is slightly dry, it is soft on the palate and has a strong sweetness. It is a little bit dry, but the aftertaste is pleasant and clean.

I bought it with the intention of heating it up, but it was so good at room temperature that I ended up emptying the bottle. The slight sweetness and umami with a clean aftertaste kept me going from one drink to the next. The taste is great for the price!
