The aroma is elegant and gentle rather than floral, and the taste is watery and smooth, with a gentle aftertaste.
Because of its elegant flavor, it was outclassed by seasoned meat dishes and cheese, so it is indeed a sake that goes well with vinegared rice and sashimi...
