I chose this one because it was available at my friend's restaurant and I had never had it before.
Although it is super dry and has a heavy flavor, it has a muscat aroma and although it is dry, it is easy to drink.

The second half is these three types.
Sawa-no-Hana, which is hidden in the Bourne Michelin, is so good that you can keep drinking it while eating.
Zenkichi has become too popular and will be hard to find in the future, the owner said.
And Kisoji's summer sake, which is rarely seen in the Kanto area. Kisoji is sold at Shabu Shabu Kisoji, so if you want to drink it, please have it with Shabu Shabu.
All the sake we ordered this time were delicious and made me feel exhausted from work.
I wonder if there are people who drink heavily on Mondays. I was alone from the beginning to the end 😌 so it was a good deal to have the owner all to myself 🉐.
Now, I'm going to work hard for two more days.
Good evening, Mr. Manachy 🌆.
It's a small place with only one owner, so if more than one customer comes to drink a lot, it might be manageable.
I often see Zenkichi's postings on Sake no Wa too. Let's drink early 😁.
Not much aroma.
Sake that is clean, dry, and sharp.
It may be hard for those who are used to drinking fruity sake.
It is a sake that should be paired with a solid entrée.

The Banno Sake Brewery was closed on Saturday, but when I came back on Monday, it was open. They had about four kinds of simple Sawa no Hana. I chose the seasonal Hanaakari. It was soft and sweet on the palate, but dry at the core. Delicious.
I ordered this sake at a corner shop of Nadya Sake Shop in Koiwa, recommended as a sake to go with sashimi (I have bought other products of this sake brewery at other local sake shops after being recommended several times as a food sake). The aroma was subtle, with a light sweetness on the palate, followed by a spiciness, but it felt clean and easy to drink 😌.
The 7th Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix⑳(⑳)
The booth of Sawanohana.
Mr. Takayuki Banno, the head brewer, and his sister Haruka support the brewery.
The concept is to make sake that is "delicious" in one cup and "pleasant" in two cups.
Beau Michelle is probably more famous.
Sawanohana Hanaakari Junmai Daiginjo
It has a refreshing sweet and sour taste with a little bitterness at the end.
Beau Michelle cotton candy Nama-nazake
This is one of the best in the series. Sweet and creamy cotton candy.
I've had both of them before.
Matsuo Taisha Sake-1 Grand Prix⑳
Sawanohana and Beaumichel, which have only a few drinks but leave only a delicious impression
We drank
Sawanohana Junmai Daiginjo Hanaakari
Miyamanishiki, Polishing ratio 50%, Sake degree +1, Alcohol 15%.
A clear and beautiful sake. It is not overly floral, but has a mild and gentle sweetness.
Beau Michelle cotton candy
Hitogokochi, 60% polished rice, 8.0% alcohol by volume
It is extremely sweet and juicy. It is extremely delicious!
