The taste is fresh and refreshing
Easy to drink!
Classic Light
Gorgeous aroma
Ginjo aroma spreads on the palate and is dry and drinkable!
Sourness and firm taste remain on the tongue.
Good balance of umami and sweetness.
When I popped in and picked it up, it was a product that had been stored for 8 months at a liquor store 🙄 It seemed to be a limited winter sake, and it tasted a little more aged.
It had a calm ginjo aroma reminiscent of apples and peaches, with a hint of a hint of sweetness like apricots and cotton candy... It was soft on the palate and gently penetrated the palate. The aftertaste was sour...bitter...and faded out lightly 😌.
