I looked it up in Sake to go with Sushi.
The aroma is elegant and gentle rather than floral, and the taste is watery and smooth, with a gentle aftertaste.
Because of its elegant flavor, it was outclassed by seasoned meat dishes and cheese, so it is indeed a sake that goes well with vinegared rice and sashimi...

The mouthfeel is smooth and clear.
It has a modern mouthfeel.
The aroma is moderate, and the gentle sweetness and umami are pleasant.
The aftertaste is also refreshing.
It is a good sake to drink with food.
