Sawa no Hana Sasara Dry Junmai Ginjo I'll go for it 🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶! Sake level: around +12? 👀! ...yes, another hit. Is there such a swishy thing as super spicy? Are you really super spicy? It's so hot! The aroma is good! Actually, it is as elegant as the label! It's so smooth and silky, just like the label says! This is the type of water that will make you drunk if you notice it. And oden 🍢 too much of a winner 🏆🥇 lol Nagano🍶 is so hot✨✨✨✨

Hitogokochi used Aroma is sweet, but crisp and dry with rice aroma Purchased at the brewery. The owner, who spent more time explaining the table and pillars of the kiosk than explaining the sake, was full of flavor. She told us about her recent rice purchases and other hardships, which made us think about drinking sake with care again.

Today is the Mid-Autumn Moon, so the wife was very excited to have a tsukimi-sake (moon-viewing sake) and opened the bottle because she bought this sake for that purpose. (I ran out to buy it here 😆). The aroma is fresh and pear-like, with a fruity sweetness and umami that spreads well in the mouth. The aftertaste is crisp with a sharp acidity that makes you want to drink the next cup and the next and the next. We had a couple of drinks in the evening in a nearby park to accompany the cheese 🌕.
