I don't know much about the Tomozo series, but it seems to be a fluffy concept sake.
It is said to be a blend of junmai sake.
Not much aroma, just a mildly enjoyable sake.
There is an expectation that it might be better as a heated sake.

Hitogochi" rice is used. It is a dry sake with a good aftertaste while having a full flavor of rice. It is more like a ginjo than a super dry sake, with the aroma and sweetness coming from the top and passing through quickly.

There's a yellow tomozou I've been curious about 😳 Glad I can drink it since it's only sold in one bottle 😆.
It's a special junmai sake, which means it's a blend of several types of junmai sake, junmai ginjo sake, and junmai daiginjo sake.
The aroma is mildly fruity. The mouthfeel is soft, with a modest sweetness, a full flavor and mild acidity, not very impressive, but it was a sake to savor and drink slowly 😊.
The fourth picture is a fig tempura.

It was a great activity to visit a liquor store and drink at home and 2 restaurants on your day off 😁✨✨.
This restaurant also has a large variety of sake, and pairing it with soba mae & tempura is perfect 🤤!
