Tottori, Yonago City. Inada Honten Corporation.
IKU'S SHIRO.
Yes, this is IKU'S. I was curious about it after reading koge2's review.
I was curious about it after reading koge2's review, and while searching for it, I came across it at an event at the Moriguchi Keihan Department Store!
An informative and perverted sake that I definitely wanted to take home with me.
Polished to Junmai Daiginjo level, 9% alcohol by volume and single-stage brewing.
That must be interesting 😁.
I'll have it cold.
The color is clear and slightly pale yellow.
The nose has a fruity aroma and a burnt caramel aroma when the temperature rises.
Sweet and sour mouthfeel that spreads on the tongue.
The taste is too acidic right out of the fridge, and the sweetness and umami are sharp and hard to detect.
Gradually the temperature rises, and the sweet and sour taste is rich and honey-like. This sake is like a dessert wine. Unique and interesting.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Alcohol Content: 9
Polishing ratio: 48
Inada Honten's sake in the sake section of a department store.
After tasting several, I chose Junmai Ginjo for its drinkability.
The sake rice is Tottori strong.
It has a fruity aroma and a sweet mouthfeel.
Serve with fish dishes.
Tottori Prefecture is home to Inada Honsen's sake brewery in Yonago, where they sell their products, and where you can taste and decide what you want to buy.
It is a very light, easy-drinking sake.
Taste level ★★☆☆☆☆☆
Purchased at an event at Keihan Department Store.
Koge2 had been drinking it before, and Nemuchi was very excited when she found it at the event.
Junmai Daiginjyo single-stage brewing, which sounds like a weird specs 😁.
Low alcohol 9% alcohol. Sweet and sour, fresh and rich. Tastes like eating a Ramune flavored popsicle or candy. I love this sweetness.
If I drink other liquors after this one, everything feels thinner...
It's a Tottori sake, but it's gut sweet!
Moriguchi Keihan Department Store Sake Festival ①.
Travel time is time to sober up.
Take the train from Hankyu Department Store to Moriguchi Keihan Department Store🚃.
First, we went to the Inatahime booth that bouken wanted to visit.
Sake-no-wa legend koge2 was drinking it as a perverted sake, and I was excited to see the sake I was looking for.
Inatahime Junmai Nama Nama sake.
It has a robust flavor and umami. The acidity is a nice, refreshing aftertaste.
Junmai Daiginjo IKU'S SHIRO
A one-stage brewing process. The gentle sweet and sourness is impressive and delicious.
Junmai Ginjyo Inatahime Strong Nama Genzake
Unique taste and flavor, sticky and bitter aftertaste.
Inatahime Honjozo Nama-Nagara Sake
Sake with a heavy texture.
Junmai Daiginjo Inatahime Strong
Too refreshing and a little unsatisfying.
Junmai Daiginjo Inadahime
A high quality sake polished to 30% Yamada-Nishiki. It is a sake that can be drunk like water. It is too clean.
I tasted "Jochu", which is a liqueur made by distilling sake and aging it in oak barrels, but it was too alcoholic at 40% alcohol by volume 😅.
Good evening, bouken 🌛I was going to review the soju, but I didn't take a picture of it, so I didn't go through with it 🤣It looked like a highly concentrated undiluted spirit or alcohol 💦.
