Inatahime Junmai Sake "Boriiki Rice
Dry sake when drunk as it is.
When heated, the sweetness and umami spread and it becomes easy to drink.
Sake for warming up.
Takashimaya Sake Festival
This is the first time for Inatahime.
The aroma was not so strong, but the taste of rice came out in a mild flavor, and the mouthfeel was very pleasant.
It was delicious 😁.
Aeon limited sale 15/96
I bought this at my local Aeon ✨.
Don't underestimate it just because it's an Aeon 🧐.
It's made with strong sake, so you get a strong flavor and a solid acidity, but it's also easy to drink and refreshing 😆.
It reminds me of the taste of San'in sake 😀.
Drinking at home
Purchased at the Takashimaya Sake Festival (¡Ω).
It is a very ripe sake with a very acidic gravity
Slightly dry impression.
It is perfect when heated up, of course, as the mildness increases and the acidity settles down.
A cheap chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) is the perfect match!
Also, the label is really cute!
While I prefer the calligraphy, I love this one!
Inadahime's Top Suitai Junmai was also perfect, but I chose this one because of the season!
Also, the sherry cask one was like the acidity in a whiskey!
Expensive, but good!
Also, at Takashimaya, we tasted Daishichi!
Junmai Kimoto is exceptional, but the raw sake is also very tasty!
Mr. Ota replayed Kawagoe!
Kawagoe is really a great town!
I met Saitama sake other than Shinkame for the first time at the sake festival, and my appetite for Saitama sake is growing!
I want to go there!
Good evening, Mr. Shinjo😊.
Saitama Prefecture is the 4th largest sake producer in Japan in terms of sake production. Although some of the sake distributed in the national market.
Kawagoe has the history and charm of the city.
Please come and visit us when you are in town👍.
Good evening.
I'm staying in Yokohama at the end of the month, so I hope I can make it.
I liked Nihonbashi after Shinkame, so I'm thinking of getting to know more about Saitama sake.
There are so many sake breweries in the whole area, it's hard to choose which one to drink!
I didn't know there were so many!
I bought a bottle at the Namba Takashimaya Sake Festival 🍶.
The sake from Inada Honten in Yonago is minor but delicious and I personally recommend it: 🙆♂️
I bought this bottle for my friend who is a classic sake lover.
It has a robust rice flavor with a slight astringent aftertaste.
It seems that most of the "strong" sake rice used is grown in Tottori Prefecture.
🌾Gohyakumangoku and others 🅰️15 degrees
Purchased at Sake Gorilla Yonago because the brewery was closed on Sunday. As the name suggests, it has a simple but deep taste when heated. I would like to make it a regular winter evening drink.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Heated⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The aroma is that of a traditional sake brewery, and when you drink it, it bursts with various flavors, basically dry and umami, but it comes together nicely when you swallow it.
It goes well with cream cheese marinated in tamari soy sauce!
The sake is said to be made from a new variety of sake rice developed at the Tottori Agricultural Experiment Station. Apparently the sake rice has only been given a code name yet...
I bought it at the sake brewery. Apparently it is a limited edition!
A phantom sake? Is it?
The aroma was slightly sweet and pear-like. It had a nice sharpness and could be drunk in large gulps. It was delicious.
