The name derives from Princess Inada, who was saved by Susanoo-no-mikoto in the myth of the extermination of the Yamata-no-orochi. It is a satisfyingly rich, super-full-bodied sake, but not cloyingly so, and the alcohol content is not high at all. It has a deep sweet and sour taste. The top aroma is straw. Legs are strong and long. It is too easy to drink even though it has a strength of 20%, and it is very dangerous for me.

Today is my second round of map filling in Japan 🍶. We had a bottle of Inatahime Sake from Tottori Prefecture 😀 It's a junmai (pure rice) sake. It is a junmai (pure rice) sake, and although the aroma is subdued, the taste is on par with a ginjo-shu 😀 The sweetness of the rice combined with the acidity makes the sake almost fruity 😇. Sake from Inada Honten. Could not find "Ikusu" so registered with "Inatahime". On the back of the bottle, it says "a new brand of sake that challenges the free brewing of sake, unrestrained by conventional concepts of sake. I am excited to see what it tastes like. On the palate, it tastes like white wine. It tastes like white wine 🍾, with a hint of alcohol, but it is quickly drowned out by the sweet and sourness of the taste. It has a sticky sweetness and sourness, like ume wine ❓. The sweetness lingers after drinking. It's fun to drink sake when you encounter a sake that gives you a sense of individuality ✨.

I went back to my hometown and got nigori sake from my favorite brewery. The aroma was gorgeous even though it was nigori sake, and the taste was similar to that of yogurt, but it was surprisingly light and easy to drink with a strong rice flavor. It made me wish I had bought another bottle.

First time to try this special local rice from Tottori - 強力. Classic style sake - though with ingredients sourness like fresh cheese and yogurt, but u can also sense the fruity taste of pear and apple. Clear umami with slight taste of soy sauce.

Ordered for dinner at the hotel. This sake is from a local sake brewery in Yonago. It has a grape-like aroma and sweetness. When you drink it, it is a little dry. It is a very sharp sake. We enjoyed it with crab and sashimi. It is fun to try various brands of local sake that I am not familiar with.
