Today is my second round of map filling in Japan 🍶. We had a bottle of Inatahime Sake from Tottori Prefecture 😀 It's a junmai (pure rice) sake. It is a junmai (pure rice) sake, and although the aroma is subdued, the taste is on par with a ginjo-shu 😀 The sweetness of the rice combined with the acidity makes the sake almost fruity 😇. The sweetness of the rice combined with the acidity makes the sake taste like a fruit 😇. I compared it to the previously opened 寫楽さん寫楽さん寫楽さん寫楽さん寫楽さん寫楽さん寫楽さん寫楽さん寫楽さん and Tenbihakuten-san and Gamera's heated sake, which were also comparable to junmai ginjo 😀. Today was the wife's taiko recital, so we went to a cheese store that goes well with sake while we were in Kobe 😀. My wife and I are in different taiko classes, and I finished my recital last week, so I was able to enjoy Kobe by myself today like a tourist 😀.

Good evening, Yasube! I have an image of Tottori as a dry sake, but Kochira has a fruity taste 😊It looks delicious 😋and you and your wife are a taiko drummer! Sake is one thing, but it's nice to have a common hobby 🤗.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😀 I had that image of Tottori sake too, so I tasted it at Hankyu and immediately took it home😇. Besides sake and taiko, we also share the same hobbies like hiking in the mountains, walking and fitness 🤣.

Hi Pon-chan 😀 Not only the date but also the venue was different this time, I was in Osaka and your wife was in Kobe 🤣. Thanks to you, I was able to enjoy the city of Kobe by myself for the first time in a long time while your wife was rehearsing 😀.
