The name derives from Princess Inada, who was saved by Susanoo-no-mikoto in the myth of the extermination of the Yamata-no-orochi.
It is a satisfyingly rich, super-full-bodied sake, but not cloyingly so, and the alcohol content is not high at all. It has a deep sweet and sour taste. The top aroma is straw. Legs are strong and long.
It is too easy to drink even though it has a strength of 20%, and it is very dangerous for me.
