ᐢ˶🍶🍶🍶+ Today I opened another cup of Kamotsuru cup that I bought on my business trip to Hiroshima 😀. The aroma is mild😊and the mouthfeel is soft, with a mild sweetness and a strong sense of rice flavor and sweetness 😚 It is a delicious traditional sake with a sharp aftertaste 🥳.

Drinking out after a long time. At a skewer shop in the neighborhood. After the beer, we drank Kamotsuru with Hiya. The aroma has a strong alcohol feeling, but the taste is soft and refreshing. However, the sweetness, umami and sourness were not felt so much, and there was no depth. I was happy to be able to drink out after a long time.

Ask for other all-you-can-drink options! First up is Kamotsuru. You don't see this kind of sake very often. I love this kind of Showa-era atmosphere that you can sometimes find. I don't remember the taste. Thank you very much for the sake!

Strong impression of acidity. The aroma is light. When you drink it, you will be able to smell the gorgeous aroma and the acidity. There is a nice sweetness, but the bitterness you feel afterwards also settles down. Kamotsuru Limited edition sake from the brewery Junmai Ginjo Go

3.5 I wanted to drink sake for the first time in a while, so I bought this at a supermarket. It was easy to drink even though it was dry. It was so easy to drink that I thought I had become good at dry sake. I was under the illusion that I had become good at dry sake.
