It felt like a dry sake. I thought it was a bit daring to drink by itself, but it seemed to go well with dishes with strong flavors and oil-based dishes. It is a sake that does not lose out even when the flavor of the food is strong. This time I had it with kushikatsu (pork cutlets). Also, there was a gold leaf of cherry blossoms in it.
