Junmai Daiginjyo super dry is not a choice we have in our house at all, but I thought it would be a good idea not to get tired of drinking it 😀.

We love sweet and tasty fruity drinks, and while we don't mind drinking them in order every day, we thought it would be important to change the flavor if we were to drink them in succession so that we could have more of them 🤣.

This is a CWS sake. I don't know much about it, but other people were talking a lot about CWS 😊.
The appetizer was a boiled quail egg brought by Mr. Nemuchi! It was very delicious. The yolk was cheesy and the egg was half-boiled and tasted like cheese 😍.

Since it was a break time for the mouth, we had a dry Kamikimoto to refresh the palate.

The taste is clear and refreshing, with a hint of sweetness. The aftertaste is dry and bitter.
We started talking about CWS and why it is often sold at liquor stores, and the benefits of the liquor stores that stock it, and I am always surprised at how the members of Sakegawa know such things.

Here comes a change, or rather, a dry sake.
I was curious about the use of rice I didn't know called Dewa Kirari and Fukuhibiki 🤔.
It's a CWS Kamikigen.
Despite the cute label, it's spicy but fizzy, fresh and delicious!
It was a modern dry sake as it says 😋.
On the nose, it has a gorgeous pineapple-like aroma. When you drink it, it has a bitter, rich sweetness with a touch of astringency. It is slightly cloudy and has a moderate gaseous taste. The name Schwatch🤩 led me to believe it was highly effervescent, but that was not the case 🙂 It leaves a sweet, bitter, astringent aftertaste. It has a classical modern taste😇Pumpkin stew, tuna mayo, homemade rakkyo, sesame tofu, and oil sardine.
