The last one is Kamikimoto!
I thought Kamikimoto and Kamikamegen were two different sakes😅.
I asked the owner about it and it seems that when they brew Kame-no-o, they just playfully change the name to Kame🐢😆.
I learned something 😊.
Refreshing ginjo aroma that is discreetly fragrant.
Although it is labeled "fully fermented," it is not without sweetness, and when you take a sip, you can feel a gentle sweetness along with a cool aroma.
The sweetness is felt and then disappears, followed by the spiciness, and then the sweetness is again felt and then disappears again.
This endless loop makes it hard to stop drinking.
I had it with sashimi, and it is great with seafood.
