The aroma is a strong yogurt smell + iso
The taste is sweet and sour just like the aroma! (The acidity lingers until much later, so it doesn't seem to be overpowered by strong flavored food!)
It's been four years since I've tasted it? I have not tasted Kamikigen in four years! I wonder if it's the sake quality they were aiming for, since there's a record of lactic acid type in the past notes too? 🧐
Second drink. I saw a bright orange label on the fridge over there. I couldn't see the brand, but when I asked for it, I found it was Kamikigen. It was a sweet and tasty, mellow and delicious. I was glad it was a hit.
The last restaurant is Kamikimoto.

We paired it with yakitori (grilled chicken), and both the meal and the sake went well together.

Yesterday, I went to a store for the first time and found this one that I had been looking for a long time, so I bought a bottle of summer sake even though it was already September... 💦.

This one claims to be an active sake, and the name "Shuwachi" suggests that it's a sake with a lot of activity, so I was very careful when I opened it, but it was so quiet that I lost my patience.
Well, it's very mild.
The aroma is fresh, like rumne.
The gasiness is not so much as a tinge, but it is slightly carbonated and sweet and delicious. ❗️
It's 16% alcohol by volume, but it tastes like you're going to gobble it up...
In other words, it's a dangerous drink 😅.

I drank a yellow-green label light nigori last year and enjoyed it, so here it is too.
This high-tension healing label is very summery 🌊.
The aroma is sour? I can also taste a little sweetness from the rice.
When you drink it, you can feel the sweetness of the rice and then the sharpness! It's so sharp ✨.
This pink-labeled surfer is also as modern, crisp, and delicious as expected!
I like to drink it quickly because it becomes a little less sharp as the day goes by.
The third one is the peach beer recommended by the liquor store 🍑.
It has a savory bitterness with a rich fruity peach flavor, but the taste itself is not too sweet, it's a proper beer and it's delicious 🍺.

Shunyo is said to be low glycerin rice.
The aroma is only faint, but in the mouth it has a lychee and muscat-like aroma that passes through the nose, and it is a slightly dry sake with a refreshing acidity 😋.

Junmai Daiginjyo super dry is not a choice we have in our house at all, but I thought it would be a good idea not to get tired of drinking it 😀.
