A souvenir I bought on a trip to Yamagata. I'm drinking it while remembering the trip. I was healed by watching jellyfish🪼 at the aquarium. After returning home, I am healed in a good mood by the Yamagata limited flight.
I drank it while feeling the fruity, juicy flavor and freshness.
The aroma is mildly sweet, like melon, banana, and pear, but the mouthfeel is dry and refreshing, a surprising gap.
The label does not say, but the sake rice is Yuyamanishiki.
It was summer time, but I happened to be making some meat and potatoes (sweet and spicy) that I wanted to eat, and it went really well with it.
Sake degree +3
Drinking party during training in Kyushu 🍻.
Kamikimoto is a Japanese sake 🍶, which is still stable ❗It goes well with seafood at izakaya 😉.
I ordered it because I couldn't find a reason to say no to the waiter's offer of a free large bowl of mazesoba! I can't get enough of it👍
Later that day, I was going to Mojiko and saw some delicious looking udon at Kokura station❗Udon noodles at a stand-up restaurant! I love Kyushu's udon so much 😋!
