Long title!
Spotted greenlings, melon, and greefy aromas.
Convinced it is dry and crisp when you drink it.
The taste is crisp and clear, even if it is cloudy.
However, it is not dry at all,
clear sweetness and fruity flavor.

4/5 stars for my liking.
This is another Yamagata souvenir.
I have had this sake before, and I like it better than Tatenogawa. It is elegant, pleasant to the palate, moderately priced, and delicious.
A limited edition winter time sake from Yamagata's Sakata Sake Brewery, Kamikigen.
A blend of Daiginjo, Ginjo, Junmai, Junmai Ginjo, and Honjozo from this brewery, a very luxurious yet very inexpensive sake!
A four-pack costs less than 1,400 yen...
It's dry but gorgeous and really delicious!
It's one of my favorite sakes this time of year!
It is a sake made from the same sake that I used to drink and thought it was delicious. Since it is different from the usual, the label also seems to be a stylish version.
Full of flavor. The sharpness is outstanding.
The lactic acidity is also felt due to the sake's origins, so it's really delicious.
I feel it is different from the Kamikimoto I drank before, but it is delicious in its own way.
I've been wanting to try this surfing jokigen for a while.
The packaging is too cheerful, but it's interesting that it's not a summer drink! LOL!
I thought I would have a dry sake since I was eating yakiniku (barbecued meat), but as I thought, it goes well with it!
The flavor of the rice perfectly matches the flavor of the meat, and the crispness afterward helps to refresh the fat from the meat!
