This is my first time to drink Kamikigen!
First time for me to drink a rice called Yuyamanishiki...
The smell before drinking and after drinking is very mild.
It is refreshing and fruity, and as it is called a rice label, you can feel the flavor of the rice, but it is also basically refreshing and acidic, and the balance between this acidity and the rice is perfect for a meal.
It went well with sashimi 😘.
Delicious!

Since it's a holiday weekend without going out, we will have a relaxing drink at Kamikigen.
It is a refreshing sake with citrus-like acidity and a slight gaseous sensation.
Not only the acidity but also the fresh umami comes in a flash and it's delicious☺.
