It is said to be a sake rice called Jinriki.
It is dry and refreshing, and after drinking so much, this is about as good as it gets and goes in comfortably.
The aroma is slight and refreshingly fruity.
When you taste it, you will find guava and passion fruit aromas.
The acidity is light and the texture is bouncy and fresh.
Clear sweetness and umami.
The bitterness is slightly sharp and crisp.
The impression is of a modern, slightly dry wine.
Surprisingly, it goes well with food.
Of course, it goes well with Japanese food, but it also seems to go well with wine-like dishes.
Taste level 4/5
Husband had a day off, so we took a quick trip to Tsuruoka😆! The inn is Atsumi Onsen ♨️
This is my first brand and the label is austere and cool 😎.
The taste is firm and dry. I can feel the deliciousness of the rice and it goes well with the food anyway 😭.
Yamagata is a kingdom of delicious seafood, vegetables, fruits, and of course rice ✨.
All dishes have a strong dashi broth and a strong flavor ✨.
The dishes at the inn are especially good 😙, with grilled and deep-fried dishes that are very savory!
The sake complements the dishes but does not bore you ✨!
On a business trip to Osaka, at Shin-Osaka Station
I drank at "Fish Restaurant Stand Fuji" in Shin-Naniwa Daishokudo
I had a drink at "Fish Shop Stand Fuji" in Shin-Naniwa Dining Hall in Shin-Osaka Station!
Umaaaahhh~ ❤️
I guess I like super spicy food after all!
It's refreshing! It has a full-bodied flavor! Good, good 🙂↕️
I ended up eating half a cup twice 🍶.
This "fish stand Fuji"!
There were about 5 people in line at 6pm lol.
But it was so cheap and tasty that I could understand why there was a line.
It's a bit of a walk from JR Shin-Osaka station.
It is just a short walk from the northeast ticket gate of Osaka Metro. 💁♀️
Junmai Dewanosato
Dewanosato seems to have a big core, and even at 80% polished rice, it has a strong rice flavor without any cloying taste and is very cost-effective at 2,200 yen. Thank goodness!
