This is the third sake from Maruman.
It has a fruity aroma and feels slightly sweet, but I think it leaves a little bitterness in the aftertaste. But it is a delicious sake 😋.
Kawame Sake Brewery was founded in 1899 and is a small brewery in Yawatahama, Ehime, I hope they continue to make delicious sake. 😊
