(沒沒沒) ❣🍶🍶🍶🍶 Purchases from my trip to Tohoku 😀 I found a cup at Maxvalue in Yamagata prefecture that looks exactly like Kikuyu's 👀🤣I wanted a limited edition Daiginjo, but I got this one 😁It's a Hatsusun Honjozo 😇. The alcohol content is 16 degrees, so it's more gentle than the original 😊Alcoholic aroma, sourness and umami 😚After the rich umami and a hint of sweetness, it has a clean aftertaste from the aluzoe 😇This is a delicious sake 🥳.

Top of the Favorites🤩! I love it so much that I started my path to become a sake taster thanks to her 🥹. It has the aroma of rice, but it's dry and cohesive, just like it should be 😍strike ❤️‍🔥 I've been told that I'm the only one who can serve this at certain sushi restaurants 🫣 lol I can't wait to drink it 🍶!

Clear, crisp. No richness or sweetness. Sourness is present. A little spicy? I don't think there is much ginjo aroma. It is tasty, but not exactly my favorite. Well, it is a typical summer sake.
