Sake made from Yamagata Prefecture's original sake rice, "Yuki-Majin".
I drank a product made from the same sake rice at Hakuro Taruzu, and the fine aroma and elegant sweetness struck a chord with me!
Fresh and juicy Junmai Daiginjo-shu. It was a superb bottle. I will definitely buy a bottle next year.
Sande Series (2)
Yamagata Sake again 😂.
This is the first grandchild of Tohoku Meizo, Sakata City, Yamagata.
I think I used to get it warmed up once upon a time😃.
Now for the taste,
Not much aroma, just a slight graininess.
The mouthfeel is slightly sweet from the rice 😃.
The impression is a bit spicy and crisp.
I thought it was a beautiful sake ☺.
It's a good sake for strong flavored meals, as the refreshing taste will stand out!
It's too good to be heated up, but it might be tasty with more softness!
A limited edition of the Kigawaya Hanpukai.
It has a strong sweetness and a strong bitterness that lingers in the mouth.
Very bitter...!
It was not the best match, but the bitterness went away when I paired it with mapo eggplant and steamed oysters with ponzu vinegar.
