Junmai Ginjo🍶Niho Whinoho
Iwate-Akita-Yamagata-Yuri Kogen Railway Journey🚃Day 3
The 7th glass of Chokai Sanso is this one, the 3rd glass of the Sakata brewery tour set. Sharp but not harsh. The taste is gradually delicious. The spiciness is increased by the sukiyaki rice bowl. To top it off, we had the local Sakata dish "Muki Soba" (peeled soba noodles) 😋.
The lobby was a relaxing place to stay where you can enjoy music through a vacuum tube amplifier👍
Chokai Sanso @ Sakata 20241005
You can taste the robust umami flavor that is typical of the sake's sake yeast. Of course, it is delicious, but personally, I would prefer a lighter flavor.
In front of Hazamae, we tasted a sake from Sakata.
Although it is a sake brewed from a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast, it is not so habitual and is easy to drink!
The clear sweetness and acidity made the sake sake drinkable.
Purchased at a local supermarket.
It is 100% Miyamanishiki.
I drank some of it at a corner bar before, but I will try it again.
It has an aromatic, banana-like ginjo aroma.
It has a light sweet taste, but it is also alcoholic and has a rather thick and thick sweetness.
It has a thick and rich flavor.
First time first grandchild, purchased in front of Yonezawa station
Nice sweet aroma
Slightly fizzy
Sweet and fruity
Little bitterness and a clean aftertaste.
Sweet aftertaste and sweet aroma lingers in the mouth after drinking
Delicious!
The aroma is that of rice.
The taste is not too sweet, but mainly acidic with a sharp aftertaste.
When warmed to lukewarm, the basic composition remains the same, with a certain amount of sweetness.
The impression is that it is a mid-meal sake that specializes in sharpness.
