After the oaky aroma and drinking, the flavor is like that of a fine sugared yogurt. The texture feels a bit tender. There is no gassy feeling at the beginning of the drink, but there is a slight crackle and numbness in the aftertaste.
I have never had a sake like this before, but this is the kind of Yamagata sake that I used to drink at my parents' house! I never had such a feeling of this or that, but I used to drink Yamagata sake served at my parents' house. It was like this.
It tastes good at first, but as you get drunk, you get a little tired of drinking it. But this is the kind of sake I like. I think this is my kind of sake.
I was not able to drink it because I had to drive to a memorial service, but my relatives gave it to me because it was sake.

Returned to my parents' house. My cousin gave me the first warabi (with ginger) that had had its acrid taste removed, and I drank it with my 88-year-old father. I was grateful for the time I had with my 88 year old father. It's delicious, of course, but it's also delicious💕.
