金猫魔On the last day of March, I took the children on spring break to Yamagata and Atsumi Onsen.
Takamiya Villa Kyuon. Nice hot water. The hina-dan is lovely. I wonder if it was open until today.
Then, we bought some sake at Hiniki Shoten along the Onomi River in the Atsumi Onsen town.
It is Hatsuson of Tohoku Meikozo. The first grandchild, Misaki, is a pink spring color.
I like the name. I wonder if there are various seasonal first grandchildren.
It has a slightly sweet floral aroma and a mild mouthfeel.
Mellow mouthfeel,
Mellow sweetness.
A refreshing bitterness that is typical of spring sake,
Soft and refreshingly crisp,
It is slightly dry with a sweet flavor,
Delicious.

★★★★☆ 城崎みのりThis is a limited edition from Atsumi Onsen.
It is claimed to be sweeter than Mayasan, but this may not be true for this year only.
It has a mild taste like Junmai Ginjo, and the sweetness is not so much.
There is a difference in the Onsen Musume package. 城崎みのりThis year's new sake. Freshly squeezed undiluted sake. Limited edition for Atsumi Onsen.
The taste is hard to believe it is a honjozo. This is one of the products with a richer sweetness than the sweeter Mayahime.
This year's new sake is sweeter than usual. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
