I've always wondered about Miyoshichiku.
Once outside? I drank it, but it was my first time drinking it at home.
I bought this on a business trip to Tokyo
No sake feeling from the aroma 😳
White wine with strong acidity
Even after a few days, the impression doesn't change much, but the acidity is impressive.
It's a nice and refreshing sake for the hot summer season.
Sake bought in Tokushima
A little sour impression, probably because it was opened from the barrel.
However, I personally like it because it is not spicy.
100% Yamadanishiki out of equal rice❗️
Out of the box rice is a cosmetically essential purchase. Yamada-Nishiki is a quintessential Yamada Nishiki, with a characteristic acidity. Peach with acidity 🍑. I finally got to drink Tokushima 🤭.
For some reason, Miyoshikiku is a brand that interests me. This time it is a remnant of the Seme blend.
It is sweet and sour!
It has 15% alcohol, but you don't feel it. It really is like white grape juice and you almost forget it's sake😅.
Normally, I think it has a peculiar sourness, but it was delicious with a pleasant sourness that made me feel a bit queasy. It was just too sweet and sour to drink up, so I finished it in two days.
Thank you for the food 😊.
A liquor store in my neighborhood had a Tokushima sake, which I bought because I thought it was unusual. It has a rather strange taste. It has a deep, fermented flavor with little acidity or bitterness. I think it would go well with calamari, pickles, and washed cheese. Interesting.
It was given to me by a friend.
SAKE WAVE FES 02 is a sake for enjoying a comparison of two types of sake, one with music played and the other without.
This is the MUSIC ver. with music played, and it tastes better than the one without music, with a mellower acidity and aroma.
However, the acidity is quite strong for a sake.
