It has a rich and mellow taste.

The third drink. What is this name? Miyoshikiku is from Tokushima? I think I bought it when I was there this year, but I didn't know they offered such a quirky sake. The taste has an aroma and acidity like old sake. Not an unpleasant habit, but refreshing.
Purchased at Boke Mart in front of Oboke Station located in Iya, Tokushima Prefecture♪ I was impressed that there is a supermarket in such a remote mountain village! I was impressed. I regretted not having come hungry 😔.
Instead (?) I bought some local sake! I bought some local sake instead! Here it is. Seller: Ayake Mart, so is it a limited edition?
The label has a little pissing boy, a famous sightseeing spot in Iya (I didn't go there this time, but lol).
It has a nice, refreshing taste with a gentle acidity that flows smoothly. I think it can also be served warmed!
We opened a bottle of Miyoshigiku, the local star of Tokushima!
It is a true white grape with a sharp acidity and a slight astringency that lingers afterwards!
It tastes like a very good sake!
☀️
Firm amber color, with a sour taste on the nose.
A little sweetness and a unique sourness 😝.
The smell is like the smell of wood after a rain.
Sake with a unique sourness with a twist 🍶.
Quite a challenging sake 😎.

Day 2 of Tokushima trip
Today we climbed Mt. Kenzan and Jirooi, went sightseeing in Oku-Iya, visited the Iya Pissing Boy in Iya, and enjoyed the Ikeda Awaodori dance performance in Awa Ikeda.
I drank Ima-Komachi and Yoshimizu at room temperature at a stall and then went into the restaurant!
At first, I had a bottle of Miyoshikiku...
I think I'm limited to one cup since they only have 300ml bottles.
It's the same type of sourness as last night's one-cup, finally getting to the cold sake and it's delicious!
It's a shame that there are no drinking establishments in Ikeda that seem to focus on local sake, even though there are three breweries in Miyoshi City!

Tokushima Trip Day 1
We visited Awa no Tsuchibashira, Udatsu no Machinami, Oboke Koboke, Kazura Bridge, and more!
Tonight we are staying at a ryokan near the Kazura Bridge and drinking at the ryokan because there are no restaurants open at night around the ryokan!
First of all, Miyoshikiku, served in a single cup!
It's a fruity one!
Slightly alcoholic at the back.
It's at room temperature, but I'd like to drink it chilled!
Delicious!
