Here's the first bottle of Team Orange that I gave you a picture of in one of my previous posts: ‼️
I've been wanting to try it for a long time and finally was able to bring it to you 🤗.
I'll make love to you!
The aroma is mild 😊.
It has a deep and calm taste that can be enjoyed in the cooler autumn evenings 🍂.
It was a rare day when I drank half of it and stopped 🫸.
The next day we had the rest of the bottle and it tasted better on the second day, which we rarely get to enjoy 😙.
I had seen @Mizuhashi's post last year and wanted to try it, and even after that, I had expressed my desire to drink it to several people who had already tried it.
And after over a year, I finally got my hands on a bottle 🤗... but then I looked back at @Mizuhashi's post on sakéwa...
🤔 Hmmm? Something's different ⁉️ I looked closer and it was Toyoga that was raised 😳
I'm sorry, I got the brand name wrong again after Shinomine => Shigemasu 😫....
But look at the third picture! I'm sure I made a mistake 😆.
Well, Toyooka was delicious 😋 and I have my next goal to find Toyooka! I think everything is OK now that I have my next goal 👍.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby😄This is a mistake! All fall liquors are orange and I can't help it 😅 but it's good that you found your next target as a result 🥰I'm glad you found that drink, it's a gut-punch 🥰 ❣️
Good evening, Jay & Nobby.
Not this time! Sorry for the giggle! I laughed so hard 🤣.
Why can't you write such a fun episode ✨It's really nice 😊.
Please bring Toyoga with you next time!
Jay & Nobby🍊Good evening ❗️
We're looking forward to spreading the word about the drinks we want to drink in an interesting way 😍.
Team Orange 🧡 we'll be there too 💪😆.
Jay & Nobby, good evening 😊Toyoka! I've never had it before, but I'm sure Nagano sake would be a good choice, and I'm glad you could feel the change in taste on the second day!
And Toyoka and Toyoga are similar, aren't they? And the color is similar too.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😃.
The fall up series is starting! I'm looking forward to it 🍶.
Toyokko seems to have a bright aroma, but Akiaagari is milder: ☺️
They're like twins 😁 both are from Nagano, so it's even more wrong 😅.
Good evening Jay & Nobby 😊Today is a rest day and I want to feel like I drank from your review, thanks for the interesting 🤣 episode 😆 very much enjoyed it 🤭.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby!
I too am still aching from the old wounds of Hanamup when I made a mistake in the brand name (??). But thanks to that, it seems that you have found a new delicious sake, so all is well.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌃
Thank you for the funny episode after the last one 🤣They have the same color and one letter difference💦.
Toyoga is delicious so please get it 🤗
Jay & Nobby, good morning 😃I actually quite like your screw-up posts, so I get a grin on my face when I see them 😁Team Orange, I can't wait to move to fall labels in my house 💦I also still have some summer light blue labels in stock 😅.
Jay & Nobby.
Good morning... Thank you for the dusty episode in the morning 🤣There are similar labels, aren't there? If you found a good sake, even if it was a mistake, the result is OK👍It's getting to be the right weather for autumn sake!
Hi Jay & Nobby 😃
Team Orange is a moderately gorgeous atmosphere, but what a difference between incense and ga on the same gorgeous orange label... 🤣.
But you're lucky to have discovered something new with this one😇.
Hi Hina Hana Mama 😃.
I'm so glad you found out about this one! This might be great that you realized you made a mistake on the contrary 😆 I suddenly want to drink a bottle of Toyoga 🤗.
Hi ma-ki-😃
I know I can't talk about the taste of alcohol 😅but maybe there are some funny stories lying around in your daily life 😄I'm glad you enjoyed 🤗
Hi Wakata 😃.
I did it again 😆 but I'm glad you're smiling 🤗On the contrary, we're running low on stock right now 😰It looks like we're going to have a lot of fall sake 🍁.
Toyoka Junmai Daiginjo.
Toyoshimaya in Okaya City, Nagano Prefecture, a brewery with a history of over 150 years, is famous for its Kamito brand, but this Toyoka is a limited distribution product.
The top aroma is reminiscent of strawberries, and in the mouth you can feel a slight gassy sensation, while the sweetness that seems to melt away spreads elegantly. The clear, mineral acidity adds a touch of color. This is the first time I have had this wine, and it is a very delicious bottle!
Foam, pure rice, lightly cloudy white.
Sour.
Drink while chilled.
More meat than sashimi.
More like meat.
Pear and Shine Muscat.
Mascarpone and prosciutto ham.
It goes well with mascarpone and prosciutto.
A good night, a good drink to woo.
Fruity and very clear
The balance of exquisite sweetness, acidity and bitterness is perfect!
Slightly slightly effervescent and too clear to be swallowed easily.
It's great that it has a sense of presence despite its transparency. Very tasty!
Something hard. It takes a long time after opening the bottle to break down. It is a strong drink. It might be better to leave it for a long time. It seems like it could be opened for a year.
Umakuchi type
Rice type : Koji rice Shirakaba-Nishiki Kake rice Yoneshiro
Rice Polishing Ratio: 70% Sake Degree: +2
Acidity: 1.2, Alcohol level: 16
The overall taste is cohesive and can be enjoyed either cold or pressed.
At first, the sweetness and umami are perceived, and the spiciness comes in later.
Not much acidity can be detected, so the overall impression was of a cohesive sake 🍶.
